Textile Printing Hot Peel Heat Transfer DTF PET Roll DTF Film
Printing Technologies: DTF film rolls are designed to be used with specific printing technologies, such as DTF printers. These printers utilize specialized print heads and ink formulations to directly print onto the transparent film. The film's surface is engineered to ensure proper ink adhesion and color retention during the printing process.
Film Coatings: DTF film rolls may have additional coatings or treatments to enhance the performance and durability of the printed design. These coatings can include anti-static properties to prevent ink and powder from clinging to the film surface, anti-blocking agents to prevent film layers from sticking together, or anti-scratch coatings to protect the film during handling and transportation.
Printable on Both Sides: Some DTF film rolls are printable on both sides. This can be useful for maximizing the usage and efficiency of the film, as it allows for double-sided printing. However, not all DTF film rolls are designed for double-sided printing, so it's important to check the manufacturer's specifications.
Roll-to-Roll Printing: DTF film rolls are often used in roll-to-roll printing

Cautions:
1. Tear-off method: cold or hot tear.
2. Printed film is a soft product. It is normal for the surface to be slightly sticky, and the surfaces should be prevented from sticking to each other.
3. Reasonable control of temperature and pressing time. If the temperature is too high or the time is too long, it is easy to cause discolouration or loss of elasticity.
Application of DTF PET Film:
Design Creation: Create or obtain the desired design that you want to print on the fabric. This can be done using graphic design software or by sourcing designs from various platforms.
Film Preparation: Prepare the DTF film roll for printing. Ensure that the film roll is properly loaded onto the DTF printer, aligning it correctly with the printer's feeding mechanism. Make sure the film roll is secure and taut to avoid any misalignments during the printing process.
Design Printing: Use a DTF printer to print the design onto the DTF film. The printer applies ink directly onto the transparent film using specialized print heads. The ink adheres to the film's surface, creating the desired design.
Powder Application: Once the design is printed, a specialized powder, such as DTF TPU hot melt adhesive powder, is applied to the printed design. The powder adheres to the ink layer, creating an adhesive surface that will bond with the fabric during the heat transfer process. The excess powder is usually removed through shaking or mechanical means.
